Can you cater to allergies or dietary requirements?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of the menu and kitchen flow, we are unable to accommodate any dietary requirements or modifications. This includes allergies.
Is this suitable for groups?

ABOUT YOUR CHEFS BRYAN AND THERESE
Bryan Zhu and Therese Lum are Sydney-based food creatives whose work is shaped by heritage, celebration, and shared tables.
Both alumni of MasterChef Australia, their cooking draws from early memories of family feasts; festive banquets, family gatherings and long days spent cooking together.
Following their appearances on MasterChef Australia, Bryan and Therese have each carved out distinct yet complementary paths. Bryan has collaborated with leading chefs, hosted degustations and pop-ups across Sydney and Melbourne, and is currently Head Chef at Cash Only Diner, where he contributes to menu design while deepening his focus on Cantonese-Chinese cuisine.
Therese has built a career as a food creative and dessert specialist, known for nostalgic, visually rich creations inspired by her Chinese–Taiwanese–Burmese heritage. Through dinner parties, pop-ups, private dining, and brand collaborations, she brings together storytelling, pastry, and visual detail in every dish she creates.
Together, they create intimate dining experiences that honour tradition through a modern lens; generous, layered, and designed to be shared.
